The Inspiring History of InfoSorse: Shaping the Future of Tech Education
The story of InfoSorse is one of vision, passion, and an unwavering commitment to shaping the next generation of tech leaders through world-class training and innovation. It began in July 2015, in Accra, Ghana, where a 30-day intensive bootcamp, titled the 30-Day Intensive Website Designing Seminar, laid the foundation for what would become a technological revolution — a new era of innovation and digital transformation. With 100 students enrolled in the very first bootcamp, the overwhelming success of the program proved that there was a hunger for quality tech education.
This initial success sparked a broader initiative, and the bootcamp evolved. Soon, it expanded into multiple cities, including Kumasi, allowing more young talents to gain vital skills in website design and microcomputing. By 2016, the program had grown so large that it was formally incorporated as Agape Harvest Institute (AHI), a recognized institution under the Ghana Education Service (GES). AHI quickly became accredited by the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) and included in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program. This status enabled it to deliver top-notch training in areas such as software development, data analytics, and other critical tech disciplines across branches in Accra, Kumasi, and eventually, Ho in the Volta Region of Ghana.
The vision did not stop there. By 2021, AHI had evolved once more, rebranding itself as InfoSorse Technology Institute (ITI), adapting to the rapidly changing technology landscape while maintaining its focus on providing high-quality tech training.
Since 2015, InfoSorse has trained over 3,000 students, creating a new generation of tech professionals.
At the heart of InfoSorse is its visionary founder, Darlington Yeboah Faddams. Passionate about technology since the age of 14, Darlington has dedicated his life to advancing tech education and creating pathways for learners to succeed in the digital economy. His vision — to nurture a generation of job-ready tech leaders equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry — continues to drive the growth and impact of InfoSorse worldwide.
